Part-time Pool Tech for Growing Company

We are a growing pool services company seeking a career-minded pool technician like you to join our team part-time. However, the position could transition to a full-time role. We are looking for a talented individual interested in a longer-term career with an opportunity for greater income and responsibility. You will be assisting other pool technicians and as such, no experience is necessary although experience will be helpful and compensation higher. The Company will provide a vehicle, all equipment, chemicals and fuel. The work days for the position will be two or three days per week during weekdays with only occasional Saturday work due to weather or holidays (no Sundays). Note the compensation will be based upon your experience.

Job description – You should expect to:

• Work and ride with a pool technician on a pool services route
• Professionally interact with customers
• Work well with others in a team environment
• Net, brush and vacuum pools
• Test water chemistry and maintain and treat water appropriately
• Periodically clean and replace filters
• Work with pool and spa clocks, timers and other systems
• Perform other pool cleaning and maintenance activities as required
• Receive attractive compensation based on experience, including customer tips and company bonuses

Job requirements – You should be / have:

• Physically fit and energetic, with the ability to work a full work day in hot and humid weather conditions
• Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in interacting with customers
• A positive attitude with clean-cut appearance (no visible tattoos due to our clientele)
• Able to work outdoors in heat and rain
• Capable of lifting pool items up to 40 to 50 pounds occasionally
• Must pass a drug test
